Working 47 year old female w/1 small well-trained male cat, seeking a studio or efficiency apartment w/utilities included, with access to a phone line (for my computer). Areas: off of the I 275 belt between Fairfield and the Hillsboro exits. My primary job is in Milford, so Sharonville, Loveland, Sycamore Twp, or Milford areas would be ideal..past the construction zone. Currently living in Fairfield as a border in a home (I previously was the house sitter for 2 years while the owner worked out of state), and looking to cut down on my gas consumption to work. Price budget: $200-400 a month, or a weekly rate preferred, but open to other arrangements. Plan to stay at least 2 years. Will consider a house sitting position, or decreased rent in exchange for property care. References available.
