Hi, If you are looking for a 6 month lease with a great roommates and a newly carpeted, clean, well-lit apartment, then I have just the place for you. I am leaving my lease on December 26, 2006 to move to Columbus. I am being transferred to Columbus by my employer and I am in need of someone to lease my room. It is an official 6 month lease (December 20, 2006 through May 20, 2007) handled through the leasing office. This is technically not a sub-lease, it is more of a real 6 month lease. I have 2 roommates who are great guys looking to find an equally great roommate. They are 23 years in age, both working full time in the Blue Ash area. They are great roommates, who have been nothing but wonderful. I am leaving because of my job, NOT because of my roommates. The apartment has two full bathrooms, and three bedrooms. I currently share one bathroom with one of my roommates, and the other roommate has his own bathroom. We all help clean, and respect each other's space.
